When you purchase a subscription, our payment partner (Creem) collects your name, email address, and payment information. We receive your email address, order status, license key, checkout source, and selected platform for account management, support, and aggregate platform-conversion reporting. Pik Flyer runs primarily on your computer or Android phone, and location simulation happens on your own device. On Android, when you use cloud POI discovery, the Software sends your current coordinates, timezone, selected category, and related filters to our server over HTTPS so it can return relevant places. We process this request to provide the feature and do not use it to build a location history or for advertising. When the Windows edition controls an iPhone or iPad, device discovery, pairing, location commands, and route playback occur locally between your computer and the connected device. The identifier of the controlled iPhone or iPad is not sent to our licensing service as a licensed host. On Android, optional first-party usage analytics are aggregated locally by calendar day and uploaded at most once per day when the App is opened and a connection is available. The daily report includes an anonymous active-device record, Free or Pro status, aggregate feature-use counts, device manufacturer and model, Android API version, and App version. It does not include GPS coordinates, routes, license keys, email contents, or activity from other apps. A salted device hash is used to avoid counting the same device more than once. The Software periodically contacts our licensing endpoint or Creem to verify subscription status, manage trial limits, and check for updates. These requests may include your license key, instance ID, app version, platform, and a device identifier. On Android, the device identifier is transmitted to our relay over HTTPS and converted to a salted hash for license and trial management; we do not intentionally store the raw identifier. License-only requests do not include GPS coordinates, route history, or third-party app activity. Our website uses first-party aggregate counters for page views, Android downloads, and desktop-installer downloads. Checkout source and platform values may also be counted in aggregate to measure conversion by platform. We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All communications between the Software and our licensing server use HTTPS encryption.
